MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

Assessing where you’re at with your biomechanics is an essential part of writing you the best possible program.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Whether you’re building foundational skills by joining us for the very first week of your program, or learning new exercises from your new training block, skill development is a crucial part of the process and we are here to support you whenever you need.

ADVANCED STRENGTH TRAINING

Mastering your loaded movements will require more personal attention to detail. Our 75-90min advanced training service allows us to provide just as much education as we do strength training. We recommend this to LMA members who are: struggling with 1 or 2 essential movement patterns, working around an injury, or even preparing for an event.
